Evolution Package - $1000

Service Description

This package covers 10 hours of coaching, with 10 separate sessions taking place over a 20 week/5 month period. It is for those who are wanting to completely transform elements of their life they are unhappy with and want to "Evolve" to a healthier, happier, more fulfilling existence. If you are ready to put in the time, emotional effort and trust in yourself that you can get to where you want to be, I can support you on that journey and help you navigate along the path, with a strong, compassionate Client-Coach partnership. Whatever your focus; relationships, boundary setting, handling stress from work and First Responder role (if applicable), unburdening yourself and working through a difficult call or critical incident with someone who understands, discovering your self worth and range of compassion, or working through the associated grief and life transition of a break up, we can work together in depth from the very first session. With this package, we will spend approximately 5 months together, in a space full of unique insight, understanding, encouragement and empathy, while we set goals that you accomplish, discover a happier version of yourself and empower you to the life and relationships you've been wanting all along. Evolution and addressing desired changes takes strength, resilience, hard work and courage, but I am here for you and I believe in you. With this package, I am also available via email and text in between sessions; for support, to reiterate action steps put in place and overall comfort of someone to reach out to who knows what you're currently working hard on/towards. Once we connect via phone and/or email, a Client/Coach contract and questionnaire will be forwarded to the email address you provide. A mutually agreeable time for our coaching session will be established and I will forward a link (via Zoom, Google Meet or another video conferencing application) to facilitate. All payments can be made online, via Credit Card through this website. A Venmo or PayPal option is available. Payments to be made prior to coaching session/s commencement.
